AJ Yarmolinets Headshot Sollertis

AJ Yarmolinets

Partner & Private Practice Attorney

AJ Yarmolinets has an established track record of being a professional problem solver for business owners and investors when the spotlight is on and the heat is turned up.

He draws from experience as a former litigator, fraud examiner, and process improvement engineer to design and implement legal strategies and asset protection plans with precision.

With knowledge of the legal, financial, and practical aspects of asset protection, he develops comprehensive plans that exceed standard client expectations.

Mr. Yarmolinets developed a passion to hone his talents and achieve success for his clients.  This has created many long-lasting relationships stretching far beyond the client’s immediate issues or goals.

By combining a wealth of skills and creativity, he finds viable legal solutions to overcome problems and proactively identify issues on the horizon that may otherwise be overlooked.

Experience Makes The Difference

After obtaining an impressive list of degrees and certifications, AJ began to represent clients in complex securities and commercial litigation matters.  He also served as outside general counsel to numerous businesses across various industries, including transportation, manufacturing, and healthcare.

While serving in these roles, he combined his formal education with real life and courtroom experience.  AJ structures deals that are designed with comprehensive legal protection in mind, while advising clients on capital formation and other complex transactions.  With concentration on improving the health and prosperity of his clients’ personal and businesses interests, AJ finds solutions to creatively leverage a client’s current situation and obtain the best possible outcome.

On The Frontlines

As a former Marine and combat veteran with three combat tours in the Middle East, AJ brings tenacity and commitment to solving his clients’ problems.  AJ’s long history of achievement and experience in multiple roles has afforded him the ability to become a relentlessly pragmatic problem solver.

Starting his education at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, he earned two Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Management, summa cum laude, and Professional Aeronautics, magna cum laude.

He then attended California Western School of Law, graduating with his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, in 2011, followed by Georgetown University Law Center, leaving with his Master of Laws in Securities and Financial Regulation in 2012.

AJ is licensed to practice law in California, Michigan, and New York – allowing his clients to avoid seeking out and hiring local counsel in those jurisdictions.

The Sollertis Effect

AJ joined Sollertis in early 2021. He serves Sollertis clients on transactional and asset protection matters, and often represents clients in a myriad of business transactions, from day-to-day contract negotiations to raising capital and corporate restructuring.

Together with the rest of the Sollertis team, AJ provides critical legal expertise to clients and their businesses.  He helps his clients maximize efficiency, minimize liability, and fortify asset protection plans to preserve the hard earned wealth of his clients.
