Kathryn Newcomb

Private Practice Attorney

Based in St. Louis, Kathryn W. Newcomb advises individuals, families, and business owners on estate planning, wealth preservation, and tax-related matters. Her practice is shaped by experience in both private practice and Big Four accounting, where she worked on complex domestic and international tax matters, including multijurisdictional and indirect tax issues. That background gives her a distinctive perspective on sophisticated planning, asset protection, and long-term wealth preservation.

Kathryn earned her J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law, with a concentration in Taxation, and her LL.M. in International Banking and Finance with a dissertation on Value Added Tax from City University of London. She is licensed to practice law in Missouri.

Outside the office, Kathryn enjoys hot yoga, working in her home pottery studio, and spending time with her dogs, Sligo and Connolly. She also volunteers as a Big Sister with Big Brothers Big Sisters.
